I am a pianist and composer and tech developer based im Newcastle, Australia. I have a PhD in computational musicology and am interested in things that range between music, technology, mathematics and philosophy.

I currently work across different ensembles which seem to range in style from jazz to electronic and experimental music. My group SAJA Project with Sally Jamila is releasing an album in mid 2026 and the first track off the album is available here.

I try and find time for research, and my current focus is on the nature of collaboration in advanced improvisation settings (more info here ). I am also deeply interested in the ethics of technology, and the way technology can effect the production of art.
